Welcome to
St. Paul U. M. C.
Dallas, Texas
Organized in 1873 by recently freed slaves, St. Paul is one of the oldest African American churches in North Texas, and the only African American church in the downtown area. One of the ways St. Paul serves the community is through it’s “Body and Soul” ministry which feeds the homeless twice a week. This historic church with a contemporary vision just recently completed a major $4.5M restoration and renovation and has been awarded the prestigious “Preservation Achievement Award” by Preservation Dallas. We are pleased to be a part of the City of Dallas's Art District. Please visit us each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. for praise, worship and fellowship all in the name of God.
